14x70 plus the living room has the extension, gas stove, gas hear, 3 bed, 1 bath, located in tatley meadows, bathroom, main bedroom and hallway floors are under reconstruction due to a pipe burst, the heater needs work, a nice fixer upper, the roof was rerubberized Las summer, deck was also stained, has a shed in back, new heat tape last year.
