1986 CABBAGE PATCH PREEMIE

My grandmother has a rare collectible Cabbage Patch Kids Preemie doll that she would like to sell! it is from the year 1989 and has never been out of its packaging. It is made by Hasbro and has the Signature of Xavier Roberts on the birth certificate and the name is Donna Sabine. Please see pictures for more info. Asking $100 obo. Don't think it's a rare model but I know it has some value for being brand new. Open to all reasonable offers!
