Perfect beater car. Engine runs smoothly and starts right up. Features a remote start, pioneer stereo, and sun roof. It seems to leak/burn a quart of oil every 1-2000 miles. I just flushed the brakes, transmission, and coolant this past fall. Tires are probably 50%. Several aesthetic flaws on this old girl, but her bones are strong!
Heres the catch: some douche canoe tried to steal it by breaking the small window in the back and then jamming a screwdriver in the ignition. He broke the ignition cylinder to bits and part of the immobilizer in the process. You cant use the key to start it. Fix is about $150 if you can DIY.
Thankfully, it has a Viper auto start in it (2-way 1 mile range)! I start the car with the auto start every time. Works flawlessly as long as the temp is above 0. Once it gets cold enough that it takes several cranks to start, its tough to get it on. Not because the engine or battery, but because the auto start isnt smart enough to know when to just keep cranking.
I understand this makes it not a great fit for many people, but if you replace the ignition, everything else about the car is awesome! Also, this is still my daily driver. Mileage will go up a little.
