2008 Toyota Matrix -  While parked the car got submerged in last weeks rain storm (It was parked, not running). I took it to a repair shop where they dried it out, changed the oil, and tested all other fluids for water. The engine is good, but the ECM isn't functioning. The wont run without a replacement ECM.Prior to this event the car ran fine. Decent tires, receiver hitch (for bikes), and regular service at Toyota. If your looking for a project or a parts car, this is it.
