Western chaps made by Leather Legends out of Fromberg, MT. A pair of shotgun chaps from Leather Legends out of Fromberg, Montana. Looks like they would fit a 30" to 35" waist as there are a number of adjustments to utilize. The upper thighs measurement appears to be right at 20". So a smaller thigh would be needed. The chaps have a used patina, but not worn-out. No damage.
