Passenger seat has tear (do not have cover. Cheap on Evilbay)

Front main oil seal leaks slowly.

Rusted rear quarter/ rocker panels.

Burn in front driver floor carpet. (Charge chord started a fire. Son started his fire fighting career at 5 years old)

Sunroof does not work. Switch disconnected and sunroof is caulked shut
