Sturdy construction, 6 solid roomy chairs in very good condition, cushions like new. Sits 8 comfortably at 88 inches with handy 18 inch easy to remove leaf. Table without leaf sits 6 comfortably and is 70 inches long, 42 inches wide, 30 inch high. Tabletop with some minor wear, has 3 small accidental chips shown in photo but still looks pretty good and not too noticeable with the overall look. This set should last a long time yet. This is a good deal considering cost of furniture these days. Rich distressed oak finish, originally from Ashley Furniture Store. Cushions again like new but easily can recover with other fabric/leather by removing screws under chair. Non-smoking home. Cash only.
