From the factory the outside comes with speakers, powered and lighted awning, exterior lights all the way around, upgraded entry door with screen, toy hauler door, lockable propane storage with toolbox on top, front v-nose sprayed with undercoating, exterior shower, exterior plug ins, a/c, rooftop antenna, and co-ax connectors.

The interior has a furnace, happy jack bed(queen size) and couch, two tvs(one connected to stereo and one connected to fishing camera), couch up front with tilt up bunk above, stove top with hood, microwave, double sink, large fridge and freezer, water heater, water tank and gray tank, bathroom sink, plenty of cabinets throughout, ten ice holes with covers, 12v fan, lighting throughout entire ice house with many receptacles, and a spare tire.

Owner has installed and will sell with; extra pad for queen bed, swing down step that is lockable in the upright position, hole sleeves(10), sleeve covers(10), brackets for hole covers(2), two fishing rod holders, rattle reels and mounts(4), mounting discs for rod holders and cup holders(many), knife storage by door, magnetic strip by fridge, plate holder under cabinet, hinged drawer by sink with trays, hinged door to water heater, non water toilet(bags and powder), hose for emptying gray tank, hose for filling fresh water, soft start for a/c so you can run it on a 2200 watt generator, other assorted accessories and leveling pads.

I custom ordered/built this ice house with the purpose of hauling a utv/rtv inside with the rear bed and sofa removed, the ramp door is wider than other models of ice houses. Last year I was going to list and asked them what it would cost to build again, I was told $57k. This is full hydraulic with the push of buttons, you don't have to unhook until it's lowered down. This makes the ice house incredibly easy to move and get set back up in minutes. This ice house is all aluminum frame so no rust.
