Smart Alec Ray, aka Alex is beautiful & affectionate 15 year old registered AQHA bay gelding standing at over 15 hands. He is a good all-around horse with smooth gaits who has been ridden by all ages. Responds well to leg pressure, side passes, backs, all the gaits & all the buttons. Has done well with showmanship & on the trail & is more a pleasure horse than game horse. Stands well for farrier & trailers well. Can shy at unexpected items but this is periodic & not extreme. Would do well with confident & patient rider. He has been ridden by our teens for at least 5 hours a week every summer.

We regularly give him biotin for hoof strength as hooves have cracked on dry summer days with stomping.

Selling as we are looking for a smaller game horse for our daughter.
