2003 ktm exc 250 2 stroke

I am looking to trade for a 4 stroke, top end rebuilt last year with replated cylinder done by millennium technologies. Carb rebuilt at the same time. Just did a crank seal this last winter and went and rode it and it locked up shortly into the ride. Everything has about 4 hours on it. Dont know what went wrong just tired of working on it at this point.

I believe that i do have a title for it
